by NiluGoingSupporter’s character would stay in Human. Honestly, Dohee had considered leaving, it was mostly a hassle to have a guild tag on, but public perception was a scary thing. After streaming once with the Human tag visible, everyone naturally assumed GoingSupporter belonged in Human now.
Even though Dohee had been leveling AssaGo almost like a main for a while, with streaming starting up again, he’d likely spend more time on GoingSupporter. That was part of the decision, too.
Dohee was thinking of streaming mostly during the evenings when Moonhyuk wasn’t around. Just a thought for now. Once the content direction was more solidified, they’d post an official notice and resume broadcasting in earnest.
When Dohee mentioned he’d keep GoingSupporter in Human, Yeohoo had blurted out, “Shall I hand over the guildmaster spot to you, our ex-guildmaster?!” which nearly made Dohee hit the leave button out of reflex. After a long string of swearing, that nonsense finally stopped. Dohee had zero interest in titles like that. Life was already full of enough annoying things.
While watching the guild chatter, Dohee started on daily quests. Time was ticking, and missing out on dailies was a big loss. Moving the character like a robot, Dohee stared at the monitor with a dead look in his eyes.
Getting the first clear in the raid hadn’t really changed anything. Supports still only shined a little in Demon Hunter, and the class was so forgotten it might as well have been nailed inside a coffin. NGA didn’t seem interested in buffing supports, either.
Honestly, it wasn’t even a matter of buffing support performance, what the game really needed was a structural overhaul of its raid system. Just adding one new raid per week wasn’t going to make a stale game suddenly exciting again.
Still, Dohee decided not to quit the game just yet. It wasn’t because he’d rediscovered some spark or anything. The main reason was simply the return to streaming. And more than anything else… Moonhyuk was here to play with him.
Moonhyuk still didn’t know much. He’d been power-leveling so fast because of Demon Hunter that he hadn’t even seen much of the story. Dohee would have to guide him through it. You pick someone up, you take responsibility. You can’t just walk away like nothing happened. And besides, who else would give Kwon Moonhyuk the perfect, tailored premium care package that Dohee could?
Sure, he was blaming it on Moonhyuk, but Dohee admitted it to himself. These days, the most interesting part of his life was playing the game with Moonhyuk. If that was the case, why not enjoy it for as long as possible? He could always think about quitting later.
Just as those thoughts trailed off, Dohee’s phone buzzed. He thought it might be a reply from Moonhyuk, but it was a new email notification instead.
‘A mail… all of a sudden?’
Emails weren’t common. Back when the stream was active, he’d sometimes get collab requests or ad offers, but ever since quitting, his inbox had been silent. Maybe the recent return to streaming had already attracted a sponsor?
Dohee tilted his head and checked the inbox. Then, his eyes went wide.
The sender was NGA.

The meetup was set for the upcoming Saturday. Everyone in the raid party except Oreckthat said they could make it, and Daeyoung left a message saying he’d try to come. Yeojin and RiceCake got so excited they booked a pension near Seoul right away. Dohee hadn’t done a thing, but somehow everything was already set.
After picking Moonhyuk up from his internet café job, Dohee casually brought up the meetup. As expected, Moonhyuk said he’d go if Dohee was going, which made Baek Dohee feel incredibly pleased. Hearing that he wanted to go just because Dohee would be there, it was too precious.
Even when he met Yeohoo and Yeojin, who weren’t shy at all, he still stuck to Dohee’s side like glue, trailing behind constantly. It really felt like the Kwon Moonhyuk Super Clingy Project was a success. Or maybe it was actually the Baek Dohee Super Clingy Project toward Moonhyuk… Either way, Dohee decided to just believe whatever made him happiest.
So the two of them would be going to the meetup. Dohee decided to personally pick Moonhyuk up by car after his tutoring session on Saturday. Now he wasn’t just being claimed at the internet café, but even at his tutoring location. Kwon Moonhyuk was fully in the palm of Baek Dohee’s hand.
And the shocking email from NGA said:
An interview with “GoingSupporter,” the raid leader of “Human,” the first team to clear “The Lost Demon Hunter,” along with details about a special reward for the Human raid group.
At first, Dohee thought he’d misread and even rubbed his eyes. An interview? Specifically with him? They say your mind goes blank when you’re that caught off guard, this was exactly that.
And the reward? Reading more carefully, it looked like the same “special reward for the first clear raid” mentioned in a previous notice.
According to NGA, there would be an update announcement about in-game rewards, but they also wanted to send out some exclusive merchandise. They planned to send it to every raid member.
To be honest, Dohee had absolutely 0.1% interest in game merch. It was all the same generic stuff, and there was no way, even if Baek Dohee went to the afterlife ten times, he’d be caught using character or logo-themed goods.
Still… with the meetup coming up anyway, and knowing some people (like Kwon Moonhyuk) might like that kind of thing, Dohee decided to just collect everything and hand it out personally. Might as well do something angelic for once, it was the new lunar year, after all.
As for the interview… he had no idea what to say. One wrong word could end up getting them dragged all over community forums. But still, Dohee told NGA he’d consider it. It wasn’t a bad chance to suggest long-overdue updates, like a support skill overhaul or raid improvements.
Just a few hours later, Dohee responded that he would do the interview.
When Moonhyuk heard about both the meetup and the interview, he clapped excitedly, saying,
—“The merch sounds great, but wow… Dohee, it’s so cool that you’re doing an interview!”
No one in the world could say no when someone they liked called them cool. Even if every SoGod player cursed him out after reading that interview, if Moonhyuk was happy, Dohee was willing. How hard could it really be?
Anyway.
For the past few days, Baek Dohee had been watching for the right moment. He wanted to try dating Moonhyuk, but had no idea how to bring it up. It had been ages since he felt so nervous about someone else’s reaction. He thought he could just boldly confess, but something kept holding him back.
Moonhyuk’s behavior was… odd. A very subtle shift. The kind of change you’d miss if you weren’t paying close attention.
He used to blush and get hot ears when embarrassed, but now? He turned bright red just from eye contact. Dohee didn’t even have to do anything. Not being able to hold eye contact was one thing, but he was also trying so hard not to show it, which honestly made it even more obvious.
He also felt… extra kind, somehow. Moonhyuk was always nice – pleasantly so, to anyone – but Dohee noticed it especially yesterday when he picked him up from his job.
Moonhyuk did something he’d never done before: he came out after work holding an iced Americano just for Dohee.
It was a tiny gesture, but Baek Dohee was a little touched, and, truthfully, melting inside from how cute it was. A long time ago, he’d casually said, “Hey, the Americano from your internet café’s beans was actually decent.” And Moonhyuk had remembered. Not just remembered, he’d acted on it. “I should bring Dohee his favorite coffee.”
Dohee didn’t know what had changed in Moonhyuk’s mind, but it seemed like a good thing. The blushing, the flustered avoidance, it all pointed toward something promising. Dohee felt pretty sure he wouldn’t get rejected if he confessed.
The only problem was, Moonhyuk never sat down long enough for a proper conversation. If Dohee tried any kind of subtle touch, he’d flinch like a scared turtle. If he sat across from him while he studied, he’d get up to fetch water, go to the bathroom, anything to move around. Eventually, Dohee felt like he was disturbing him and had to retreat to the sofa or gaming room.
He even casually suggested grabbing a drink together, but Moonhyuk declined, saying he had to study early. And then later that night, he came back and started gaming like nothing was wrong.
So… no time to drink, but time for daily quests?
Dohee couldn’t find a good moment to ask “Can we date?” and just sighed, flopping onto the bed. The anxiety was starting to take root and grow.
