    UPDATES ON TUESDAY AND FRIDAY!
Hello! Thank you for reading and supporting ACBAM. Your comments and support are my extra motivation to update and translate a story. I appreciate it if you can comment:)

Gu Weiyang really wanted to show off his love, after all, he only had eleven months left to do so. Once the agreement expired, he wouldn’t even have the right to show it anymore.

Gu Weiyang initially wanted to post on his Moments, but when he thought about having to specifically block Dr. Su and Grandpa Su, he felt that posting it wouldn’t have any meaning.

After thinking for a while, Gu Weiyang saw a big eye icon on his phone’s home screen. It was a popular social app that many people used for online surfing. He thought, if he showed off his love on this platform and then bought some promotions, wouldn’t a lot of people see it?

Gu Weiyang figured that Dr. Su was so busy with work that he probably didn’t even have this app, so he confidently registered a new account and named it: “Xingfu Meng A.”

With this name, even if some of his friends liked to surf the web on the app, they probably wouldn’t recognize him.

So, Gu Weiyang confidently posted his first update: “I married my first love [Haha].”

Then, Gu Weiyang searched for tutorials and found the option to promote his post. He chose a promotion duration of 48 hours and set the budget to 10,000 microcoins.

Hmm? How much is 10,000 microcoins? Oh, it’s just 1,000 yuan. No big deal.

Gu Weiyang was not lacking money at all, so he recharged and launched the promotion. Watching the views steadily increase, he felt quite satisfied and turned off his phone.

Gu Weiyang didn’t care whether anyone commented on his post. After all, his goal was simply to get more people to see him showing off his love. As long as people saw it, that was all that mattered; the rest didn’t matter.

If the views were too low, it didn’t matter.
Gu Weiyang had money, so he could use his financial power.

No wonder everyone wanted to get rich. Indeed, having money could solve about 80 to 90 percent of a person’s problems.

Gu Weiyang had never been so grateful for his wealth. If not for the tiny bit of rationality still left in him, he might have even wondered how much it would cost to buy a spot on the trending list.

Gu Weiyang made an effort to maintain his rationality, reminding himself that the money spent on buying a trending spot would be better saved to give to Dr. Su in the future. This helped him control the impulse to spend.

Dr. Su should be asleep by now. Gu Weiyang worried that the noise from opening the door might wake him, so he decided not to go inside. Instead, he leaned back on the sofa outside and closed his eyes to rest for a while.

Su Shijin probably woke up about an hour and a half later. When he woke up, the curtains in the room were tightly drawn, with not even a sliver of light coming through, so he thought he had slept until evening.

“Mr. Gu, what time is it?” Su Shijin, still a bit groggy from his nap, asked instinctively.

It wasn’t until he rubbed his eyes and looked beside him that he realized there was no one lying there—Mr. Gu wasn’t there.

Su Shijin felt a bit confused. He reached out to check the temperature beside him. It was cold, so Gu Weiyang probably hadn’t come in to take a nap.

More than whether Mr. Gu had come in to nap, Su Shijin was more concerned about why he had instinctively looked for him.

He clearly never had this habit before…

Su Shijin rubbed his forehead, feeling that the long nap had left his head a bit heavy and painful, making it hard to think through such complex issues. So, he decisively chose to avoid it.

In the past, Su Shijin wasn’t the type to shy away from difficulties, because he believed that avoiding problems didn’t solve anything.

Yet when it came to his feelings for Gu Weiyang, it seemed like he had been avoiding them over and over again. He either attributed the source of his affection to the almost perfect pheromone compatibility between the two of them, or simply stopped thinking about it altogether, distracting himself with other matters.

Su Shijin actually knew that this was a problem, but whenever he thought about his omega father and alpha father’s painful, tortured marriage, he instinctively wanted to escape.

Sometimes, Su Shijin didn’t even realize he was avoiding it. He just felt that it wasn’t something worth putting much thought into.

Rather than thinking about why he instinctively looked for Gu Weiyang when he woke up, he would rather think about what dinner would be tonight.

After all, he was feeling a little hungry.

After leaving the bedroom, Su Shijin saw Gu Weiyang sitting on the sofa, watching TV. The volume was turned very low, and if one didn’t focus, they wouldn’t be able to make out what was being said.

“Awake?” Gu Weiyang looked up at him when he heard the sound.

Su Shijin’s hair was a little messy from sleep, and there was even a faint imprint on his face. His eyelashes slightly lowered as he looked at Gu Weiyang and nodded. “Mm, you didn’t sleep?”

“Not really tired, I just dozed off for a bit and woke up,” Gu Weiyang said.

He probably only dozed for about half an hour before waking up. Since Su Shijin hadn’t come out of the room, he assumed he was still asleep and didn’t want to disturb him. Instead, he turned on the TV and randomly picked a news channel to watch.

“Oh, okay.” Su Shijin nodded, changed his shoes, and headed toward the door. “I’m going to the bathroom.”

Gu Weiyang lazily leaned back on the sofa, only pulling his gaze away when Su Shijin’s figure disappeared at the bathroom door.

The post he made earlier on the social app, after being boosted with financial power, had already gained quite a bit of attention. There were even many kind-hearted strangers leaving blessings in the comment section, and some were curiously asking how long he and his first love had known each other before getting married.

Gu Weiyang thought for a moment, then edited a new post: “The first time I saw him was six years ago. Back then, he was just a 17-year-old boy, and I was a poor guy working a part-time job on the weekends. I fell in love with him at first sight.

Do you know what ‘love at first sight’ feels like? It’s like being in a crowd and being able to see only that person. Your eyes will instinctively search for him, and if you happen to make eye contact, you’ll secretly feel excited for a long time.

Unfortunately, at that time, I was working and covered in sweat, feeling dirty and smelly like a stray dog. I didn’t have the courage to approach him, afraid that getting too close would dirty his clean white shirt. So, I only spent a brief ten minutes with him from a distance.

But those ten minutes are still one of the happiest moments of my life.”

Gu Weiyang looked over the content he was about to post again and again, confirming there was nothing wrong and no revealing information. Satisfied, he hit send, purchased the promotion, and began the campaign.

Gu Weiyang wasn’t worried that Su Shijin would accidentally see the post because he was sure that Su Shijin had no memory of the scene from six years ago when they first met.

Just like what he said in the post, he was just a poor guy working a part-time job on the weekends back then, falling in love with Su Shijin at first sight.

At that time, Su Shijin probably just glanced at him and didn’t have any impression of him at all.

The location was halfway up a mountain. Since the mountain had just been developed and didn’t have a cargo cableway, everything sold in the small supermarket at the top of the mountain was carried up piece by piece by mountain workers, using shoulder poles and human strength.

At that time, Gu Weiyang was one of the mountain workers. Because more tourists came to the mountain on weekends, there weren’t enough workers, and since he had relevant part-time experience, he was temporarily hired by a familiar headhunter to help out.

Being a mountain worker was a very demanding job. Gu Weiyang had to carry around 140 pounds of bottled water from the foot of the mountain to the top. Based on the longest route and highest rate, he earned 98 yuan per round trip, with a maximum of two round trips a day.

It was during his second trip in the afternoon while delivering goods, that he saw Su Shijin.
