It’s been a while since I’ve sent a guild-wide message. Since everyone logs on at random times and might miss a regular DM, I’m sending this as a guild message, make sure you read it.

1. A new newbie will be joining the guild soon.

2. They’re a total greenhorn, not even level 30, don’t bully them. They don’t know anything, so be kind.

3. Their nickname is… a bit unique. Please, nobody laugh.

4. Their class is Support, and they personally said they’re a fan of GoingSupporter.

5. They don’t know that GoingSupporter = AssaGo, so please keep your mouths shut.

6. If they find out GoingSupporter = AssaGo, it’s going to be super awkward for both sides.

7. Anyone who slips up, accidentally or not, will be banned from even setting foot in PVP zones.

8. Referrer > AssaGo

9. Person who picked up the newbie > AssaGo

10. Person who’ll be inviting them > AssaGo

11. Emergency contact if problems arise > AssaGo

12. Use your common sense and play nice.

Yeohoo let out a dumbfounded snort as he read the flashing red guild message. So much for “handling it,” huh? This guy’s seriously off the rails. A message that was half warning, half threat, this was vintage Baek Dohee. Did that bastard put, like, 30 cm of steel on his face or something? What even was this?

The guild chat was always noisy, but it had been a while since it was this chaotic. Yeohoo made up his mind quickly: he was going to play dumb and pretend he had nothing to do with this whole guild-wide notice fiasco.

Meanwhile, Baek Dohee, who’d dropped this massive “support newbie” bomb on the guild, was nowhere to be seen. Yeohoo scrolled through his friend list. Every single character Baek Dohee owned was friended, and none of them were online. The guy was probably passed out asleep in broad daylight.

Yeohoo remembered the message Dohee had shot him at the crack of dawn the day before:

Honestly, if someone claimed they didn’t laugh at that username even once, they were definitely lying.

He’d logged in immediately after seeing the message, only to find that the only thing waiting for him was that half-threatening guild-wide note.

Now Yeohoo was secretly refreshing the guild join requests every five seconds.

When is this kid gonna send it…? Are they even going to?

The guild chat was still in full chaos. And the noisier it got, the more rattled Yeohoo felt.

The long-awaited guild request that had kept the entire guild buzzing all day finally came in, just before 1 a.m.

AssaGo had logged in around 10 p.m., claimed they’d had a good nap, then immediately went AFK. It had been 30 minutes since then.

Yeohoo had a duty to make this guild join go down as smoothly and uneventfully as possible.
