    UPDATES ON TUESDAY AND FRIDAY!
Hello! Thank you for reading and supporting ACBAM. Your comments and support are my extra motivation to update and translate a story. I appreciate it if you can comment:)

Gu Weiyang pressed the pillow tightly against his lap, his brows furrowing slightly as he endured the stimulation brought on by the omega’s pheromones.

At this moment, the stinging in his glands almost felt like an added thrill, as though every drop of blood in his body was surging with excitement at that scent. It was something he couldn’t suppress no matter how hard he tried.

Because he wasn’t wearing a suppression ring and hadn’t taken any inhibitors, under the stimulation of the omega’s pheromones, Gu Weiyang’s glands grew hot and restless, eventually releasing a faint trace of alcohol scent.

Just like him, his pheromones carried the flavor of liquor. At first whiff it seemed mild, almost harmless, but beneath it lay a heady intensity.

The moment Su Shijin sharply noticed that he couldn’t control his pheromones, he quickly slipped the suppression ring back on, in case the alpha’s pheromones might affect him.

Even so, after breathing in a few whiffs of that alcohol scent, Su Shijin still felt a bit of its lingering effect.

Fortunately, it wasn’t too strong—he could suppress it for now. So instead of worrying about his own reaction, he focused on carefully watching Gu Weiyang’s expression.

“Are you feeling any discomfort?” Su Shijin asked.

Gu Weiyang shook his head, but from the strain of holding himself back, a bead of sweat slid down his forehead.

Su Shijin was a little surprised. Was it really that painful? Painful enough to make him break into a sweat…

It seemed that when he had said he was afraid of injections before, he hadn’t been faking it. Mr. Gu was truly afraid of pain.

At this point, there was nothing Su Shijin could really do to help. All he could manage was to get up, pour a glass of warm water, and set it in front of him. “If it hurts too much, it’s okay to make a sound,” he said.

    Gu Weiyang: …

Honestly, in the state his body was in right now, no matter what Su Shijin said, his mind twisted it straight into something indecent.

Swallowing down the bitterness he couldn’t put into words, Gu Weiyang said, “Can I have a can of cold Coke?”

Seeing his eyes rimmed red, Su Shijin thought he was about to cry from the pain, and quickly got up to fetch a can of Coke from the fridge.

“Take a break for now.” After opening the can, Su Shijin set it down in front of him. “On the first day, just ease into it. Once you get used to the feeling, we’ll slowly increase the intensity later.”

Looking at the opened can of Coke, Gu Weiyang felt that Dr. Su was almost unbearably considerate.

This wasn’t something he could just “get used to”…

There was no way to explain it clearly, either.

All he could do was swallow down the bitterness and accept being seen as an alpha afraid of pain.

Beneath the pillow, his body’s reaction was so strong it was impossible to ignore. Dr. Su’s pheromones were, to him, nothing less than a blend of aphrodisiac and poison.

It was a mix of excitement and addiction with the stinging in his glands having become secondary.

Truly, what a strange new experience.

Tilting his head back, Gu Weiyang gulped down the entire can of cold Coke in one go, then turned away from Su Shijin and secretly let out a burp.

Cold drinks really did have a way of clearing the mind in an instant. At least Gu Weiyang felt that what lay hidden beneath the pillow was now a little easier to bear.

The trace of pheromones Su Shijin had released earlier had already faded away before long, leaving Gu Weiyang with a faint sense of craving.

“I can handle it. Let’s try again, this time you can release a bit more,” Gu Weiyang said.

Seeing how determined he was, Su Shijin agreed.

He had excellent control over his pheromones, enough to stimulate Mr. Gu’s glands without triggering his susceptibility period. The only thing left was making sure he himself wasn’t affected by Mr. Gu’s pheromones.

At Gu Weiyang’s request, over the span of an hour, Su Shijin released his pheromones in three small bursts. Each time the amount was minimal, but the repeated exposure still had quite an impact on the glands.

Su Shijin could see Mr. Gu’s face flushed from holding back the pain, sweat beading down his forehead despite the early spring chill. Just watching made him feel exhausted on his behalf.

“It’s getting late. Let’s stop here for today,” Su Shijin said after glancing at the clock—it was nearly ten.

Gu Weiyang also felt that was enough. He had reached his limit, and if he held it in any longer, he was going to lose his mind.

If Su Shijin released his pheromones one more time, even the pillow on his lap wouldn’t be enough to hide it.

Mr. Gu had his pride. He didn’t want to show any embarrassing side of himself in this situation. What if Dr. Su refused to help him with treatment in the future?

Pushing back the damp strands of hair clinging to his forehead, Gu Weiyang revealed his flawless features. He licked his dry lips and said, “Let’s call it here, then. Dr. Su, you should rest early.”

Su Shijin nodded. When he stood and saw Gu Weiyang still sitting on the floor, he reached out a hand in concern. “Can’t get up?”

    Gu Weiyang: …

No, it’s quite the opposite. It was because he had been “standing” for too long.

Closing his eyes to wash away the filthy thoughts crowding his head, Gu Weiyang politely refused Dr. Su’s help. “No need. You go rest first, I’ll sit here a bit longer.”

“But you’re all sweaty, sitting here like this…”

Su Shijin was about to warn him he might catch a chill, when something suddenly struck him.

Although his pheromones could cause some discomfort to Mr. Gu’s glands, under normal circumstances, with an omega releasing pheromones to stimulate an alpha, and with their compatibility being nearly a hundred percent—

Compared to gland discomfort, the physical reaction it provoked might actually be even more…

Almost without thinking, Su Shijin’s gaze dropped to the pillow in his hands, then he blinked quickly and looked away.

No wonder Mr. Gu had clutched the pillow so tightly throughout the treatment, never letting it go. Since this was a normal reaction that could occur during therapy, Su Shijin considerately pretended as if nothing had happened.

“You’ll catch a chill like that, use a blanket.” Su Shijin naturally finished the sentence he’d left hanging, taking a light throw from the sofa and handing it to Gu Weiyang as if nothing were out of the ordinary. “I’ll go upstairs to wash up first. If you need anything, just give me a call.”

Thinking he hadn’t noticed a thing, Gu Weiyang let out a small sigh of relief. “Alright, go rest. Good night.”

Su Shijin’s steps paused for a moment. “Good night.”

With that, Su Shijin headed up the stairs. Ever since his ankle injury had mostly healed, he rarely used the elevator for just two floors.

Only after watching his figure disappear around the corner did Gu Weiyang finally relax, sinking back against the sofa in relief.

Once he was sure Su Shijin wouldn’t suddenly return, Gu Weiyang moved the pillow away and tugged at the waistband of his pants.

Luckily, he had chosen loose pants that night, so it wasn’t unbearably uncomfortable. It was just hard to endure.

But he had actually managed to hold it in.

Gu Weiyang almost felt like he should change his name to Gu Xiaoren.

Keeping himself in that state, he stood, tugged his shirt down to cover his pants, and took the elevator up to the second floor.

Once on the second floor, Gu Weiyang furtively made sure that Su Shijin had already gone back to his room before slipping quickly into the bathroom next to the guest bedroom.

His own room didn’t have a private bath, just the shared shower outside, but Gu Weiyang wasn’t picky. As long as he could wash, it was enough. He rushed inside, not even bothering to undress, and hurriedly turned on the shower, twisting it straight to the coldest setting.

Yet for some reason, the cold shower wasn’t working this time. Bracing an arm against the wall, Gu Weiyang waited and waited, yet little Gu Xiaoren refused to calm down. At last, he let out a long sigh and reached out with his hand.

In the shower where no heat should exist, a single muffled groan sent up a wave of scorching heat that had nothing to do with the water.
