Xiao Mingxuan was properly settled in a hospital in Beijing. They had arranged a suite for him. When Song Feng first arrived, all he cared about was seeing him. He didn’t pay any attention to the room itself. It wasn’t until the next morning, when he looked around, that he exclaimed in shock, “It’s this room?!”

    Xiao Mingxuan looked confused. “What?”

“Back then, after you fucked me in Myanmar, this is the room where I ended up recovering all by myself.”

    Xiao Mingxuan: “…”

This floor was meant for wealthy patients, so unlike ordinary hospital wings, it wasn’t organized by condition. All kinds of injuries ended up here, which was how Xiao Mingxuan had, by pure coincidence, ended up in the exact same room.

Song Feng scanned the space with some melancholy. “Back then, I was living here all by myself. My family didn’t even know. Other than Xiaoyan, no one came to visit. There was this pretty nurse taking care of me, but she thought I was gay. Forget hugs, she didn’t even let me hold her hand. I was absolutely miserable…”

“…” Xiao Mingxuan suddenly had a very bad feeling. “Song Feng, where are you going?”

Song Feng shuffled pitifully toward the door. “You stay here by yourself. I’m not keeping you company. You’ve got so many people coming to see you. You won’t even notice I’m gone.”

    “Song Feng… Song Feng…”

The bedroom door shut with a soft click.

    “…”

It hadn’t even been twenty-four hours since Xiao Mingxuan got back, and for the second time, he had to watch his wife walk away without being able to do a damn thing. What was this? Justice delayed? Karma postponed?

But Song Feng knew the nurses here were top-notch. There was no need to worry about Xiao Mingxuan not being cared for. The Xiao family was sure to visit today too, so there was no need to worry about him being alone. Song Feng happily went downstairs, had a nice meal, and then remembered he hadn’t been back to the base yet. So he got in his car and drove over.

The new recruits were in the middle of training. As soon as they saw him, they all turned in unison to stare at him. Their eyes were bloodshot, their bodies visibly trembling. Song Feng had originally planned to go straight to the main building, but the intensity of their stares made him pause. He walked over. “Why are you all looking at me like that? Wait… hey,” he rubbed his chin and looked them over, “why do you all look thinner? Like, seriously miserable. What happened?”

A whole group of them pointed at him, their voices shaking as they cried out, “You’re alive! We thought you were dead! Where the hell have you been these past few days?”

Song Feng blinked and replied earnestly, “My dog Xingan missed me too much. He was lonely and depressed, so I gave myself a little break to keep him company.”

“…” The group collectively panted in disbelief. After a long silence, someone cautiously asked, “C-captain… is he still alive too? Also on vacation?”

If someone had asked this question even a day earlier, Song Feng might have gone quiet. But right now, he was in an excellent mood. He beamed. “He’s alive. Completely fine.”

Yes. Still alive. Just thinking about that made his eyes prickle with warmth.

He looked at them. “He took a little detour to Kuala Lumpur. But seriously, what happened to you guys? You still haven’t explained why you look like this.”

Everyone wiped their faces. “What do you mean what happened? After the instructors came back from that mission, they’ve all been like demons, stone-faced and beating us half to death. We were wondering what the hell was going on. We only heard that two people were hospitalized, and neither of them were you or the captain. So after thinking it over, we all figured something must have happened to you two, and that’s why the instructors have been acting like this. But if both of you are fine, then what is this all about? If we’re gonna die out here, at least let us die knowing why!”

Song Feng cleared his throat. He realized he might have gone a little too far earlier. If he had known this would happen, he should have said Xiao Mingxuan was injured or something. He went quiet for a long moment. Under the crowd’s intense stares, he finally muttered, “Actually, it’s because of heartbreak. You guys know it’s pointless trying to reason with someone who just got dumped, right? Everyone’s desperate for love right now. And finally, when they fall for someone, that person suddenly leaves them behind and disappears. That hurts, doesn’t it? But don’t worry,” he added, sincerely and patiently, “they’ll be okay soon. You guys will survive this. Trust me.”

The group stared at him with suspicion. “Really?”

Song Feng nodded, eyes wide and sparkling, totally sincere.

After watching him closely for a while, they reluctantly chose to believe him.

So when Bai Xuyao came out to lead their training that day, he immediately noticed something was off. The group stood there silently, all staring at him with expressions like they were about to say something but held back.

“…” Bai Xuyao frowned. “What’s with those faces? Do I look like someone you need to pity? Huh?”

After a pause, the recruits stepped forward one after another to pat his shoulder.

“Instructor, there’s plenty of fish in the sea. No need to fixate on just one flower.”

“Yeah, Instructor, you’re good-looking. Someone will fall for you eventually.”

“Doesn’t matter if it’s a guy or a girl. Our squad’s never been picky. If it feels right, go for it.”

Bai Xuyao snapped. “What the hell are you saying? Don’t make it sound like nobody wants me!” He threw his head back, proud and indignant. “Back in my old unit, there were tons of people trying to set me up. I had women lining up for a shot. I was in demand, you hear me?”

Everyone murmured in unison. “Your old unit…”

It was like someone had dumped a bucket of cold water over his head. Bai Xuyao deflated immediately, slumped down, and started drawing circles on the ground. “Ever since I came here, no one’s wanted me. No girl luck, no guy luck… have I really lost my appeal?”

The others nodded to themselves. Song Feng hadn’t lied. This man was clearly love-deprived.

Bai Xuyao muttered to himself for a while, then suddenly snapped back to his senses and exploded again. “What the fuck? Since when is my personal life any of your business? If I don’t have a love life, you guys are even worse off. Double training today!”

    Everyone: “…”

As they endured the doubled drills under Bai Xuyao’s death glare, they cursed Song Feng in their hearts. You bastard!

Meanwhile, Xiao Mingxuan had been off the radar since returning. A mountain of documents had piled up in the office. Song Feng slowly made his way toward the main building, thinking he could help take care of a few things. But the moment he opened the door, he froze, then immediately turned to leave.

“Stop right there.” The voice inside was low and stern.

Song Feng flinched out of instinct and tiptoed back in, both hands clutching the doorframe, just peeking in with his eyes. “Instructor…”

    Zheng Qiyong nodded. “Come in.”

Song Feng slowly shuffled forward. “Instructor, what are… what are you doing here?”

Zheng Qiyong flipped through a stack of papers. “Who did you think has been handling all this in the meantime?”

Song Feng didn’t answer. He thought to himself, Goddamn it, if I had known that demon was at the base, I wouldn’t have come back even if someone beat me half to death. He stood there quietly, thinking about how to sneak out. Just then, a file folder came flying straight at his face with terrifying speed and smacked him dead-on. He let out a loud wail, then quickly grabbed the folder with both hands, ignoring the pain, and tiptoed over to place it on the desk. Then he backed up a full step, staring at him like he’d just seen a ghost, ready to dodge the next attack.

Zheng Qiyong didn’t even look up. “Stop spacing out. Come help.”

Song Feng sniffled and found a seat, slumping down like a bullied little wife and starting to work. He glanced at Zheng Qiyong, absolutely horrified. He had never worked under the same roof with this devil in such calm conditions before.

Time passed slowly. Before he knew it, it was already noon. Zheng Qiyong checked the clock and set down the documents, casting a glance in his direction. His pitiful student had clearly lost weight. After going through everything all over again, he must have suffered more than anyone could see. But no matter what, he was still alive. Even if covered in wounds, he had survived with grit and tenacity. He truly was a man with unbreakable will. That alone was something to be proud of.

Song Feng could feel his gaze and immediately felt a chill creep down his spine. He shifted away in his seat, inching toward the side.

    “Xiao Erzi.”

Song Feng shot up like a spring. “Yes, sir!”

Zheng Qiyong walked over, looked through the documents on the table, and patted his shoulder. “Good work. Come on, let’s go eat.”

    Song Feng: “…”

Bai Xuyao had just finished drilling the recruits and was leisurely strolling toward the cafeteria under the weight of their resentful stares. That was when he spotted Song Feng walking over with the commander. The guy’s eyes were bloodshot, and he was shaking all over, clearly windblown and rattled. Bai Xuyao blinked, quickly putting the pieces together. He jogged up to greet the commander, then pulled Song Feng aside.

“Bro, deep breath. Stay calm. Are you okay?”

Song Feng grabbed his hand with a trembling grip, eyes wide with emotion. “He praised me. He actually praised me. And this time it wasn’t just in passing!”

Bai Xuyao fell silent. Then, seeing Song Feng still about to lose it, he quickly nodded. “Yes, he did. He praised you. You did great. Now please calm down. Are we still eating or what?”

“Eat!” Song Feng marched ahead, then paused and doubled back. “I’m eating with you. I don’t care if that devil praised me, I still don’t dare sit at the same table with him.”

Bai Xuyao’s mouth twitched. “What the hell did he used to do to you?”

“Don’t bring up my dark past,” Song Feng muttered as he dragged him into the cafeteria. He looked around. “Where’s Xiaoyan and Duan Qing? They’re not here?”

“Oh, Duan Qing’s still in the hospital. Senior is staying with him.”

“Still hospitalized?” Song Feng was surprised. He hadn’t been out much recently, but an injured teammate was something he would always go visit. Last time he checked, Duan Qing seemed almost recovered. He should have been discharged by now. He thought for a moment, then smiled slyly. “I remember he had a private room, right?”

Bai Xuyao nodded. “I’m starting to think he wants to spend the rest of his life in that hospital.”

Song Feng rubbed his chin. “You think Xiaoyan can handle him?”

Bai Xuyao bit his finger. “Bro, I’ve been wondering the same thing.”

“…Why are you looking at me like that?”

“I don’t dare dig for gossip about Senior. Even if I go near, he’ll toss me out,” Bai Xuyao said with a grin, scooting up next to him. “But with you there, I’m not scared.”

    Song Feng: “…”

After lunch, Song Feng was summoned again by Zheng Qiyong to keep helping out. He worked all the way until evening. Checking the time, he was debating where to go when his phone suddenly rang. He looked at the unfamiliar number and answered, “Hello?”

A familiar voice came through. “Where are you? When are you coming back?”

Song Feng raised an eyebrow. “At the base. What, no one keeping you company today?”

“There are,” Xiao Mingxuan said weakly, “but none of them are you. It’s ruined my appetite.”

    “…”

    “Song Feng, come back.”

Song Feng gave a short reply and hung up. He strolled slowly toward the SUV. Even though he had only left the hospital that morning, the whole day had felt surreal, like everything was just a dream. Unless he saw that person again with his own eyes, he couldn’t shake the feeling of unease in his chest.

Bai Xuyao spotted him at once and immediately followed. “Bro, where are you going?”

“The hospital,” Song Feng said as he opened the door and got in. He glanced at him. “Want to come?”

Bai Xuyao’s eyes lit up. “Yes!”

The base was in the suburbs, and by the time the two of them reached the hospital, it was already dark. Song Feng didn’t go straight to Xiao Mingxuan’s room. Instead, he was so exasperated by Bai Xuyao’s worshipful gaze that he gave in and went to check on Duan Qing first. The two took the elevator up to his floor and walked to the room. Song Feng reached for the handle and twisted, then tried again. Locked.

He smiled and looked at Bai Xuyao. “It’s locked from the inside.”

Bai Xuyao blinked innocently. “So what do we do now?” He paused, then said, “This hospital bill’s already being covered by the higher-ups. I doubt they’ll mind paying for one more door, right?”

Song Feng patted his head approvingly. “Not bad. I raised you well.” He turned and kicked the door open with a loud bang, then sprinted inside. Bai Xuyao followed immediately, slamming the door shut behind them to block out anyone’s line of sight.

The bathroom was near the entrance, with the bed farther in. Song Feng strode down the short hallway and saw Duan Qing pinning Wei Xiaoyan beneath him. The second they heard the noise, Duan Qing pulled the blanket over them. Song Feng clicked his tongue. “Having fun, are we? You sure you’re fully recovered? Careful not to overdo it.”

    Duan Qing: “…”

    Wei Xiaoyan: “…”

Bai Xuyao didn’t dare look openly. He crouched at the corner, cautiously peeking around the wall for a quick glimpse. Catching his senior in such an embarrassing situation was pure gold. He let out a few happy snorts, blinking his sparkly eyes and continuing to peek, until Wei Xiaoyan’s death glare swept in his direction. His heart nearly jumped out of his chest. He turned and scrambled out to find his captain.

Song Feng stood there unmoving, hands in his pockets, wearing a bright, satisfied smile.

The two of them were completely naked, their expressions stiff and their breathing still unsteady. Duan Qing was still buried deep inside Wei Xiaoyan, a vein throbbing at his temple. He had worked so damn hard to win his wife over, and just when he was finally getting to enjoy it openly, this ancestor had to show up. He didn’t even dare look at his wife’s face now. If Xiaoyan got mad, all that effort would go up in smoke. His face was full of despair. He was just about to ask Song Feng to leave when the man in his arms took a breath and rasped, “Boss, can you step out for a minute? This is suffocating.”

    Duan Qing: “…”

Right. He forgot these two didn’t exactly have any shame.

Song Feng raised an eyebrow, then nodded. “I’ll wait outside,” he said, and turned to leave.

Wei Xiaoyan redirected his gaze and rolled his hips. “Keep going.”

Duan Qing’s breath hitched. He withdrew just slightly, then slammed back in to the deepest point, gripping his lover’s waist. He immediately heard a soft, stifled moan in his ear. He leaned down to kiss him, then hesitated and muttered, “What’s with that look…”

Wei Xiaoyan’s forehead was damp with sweat, skin flushed, and his voice was hoarse from the thrusts. “This whole mess… mm… has to have something to do with Bai.”

Duan Qing held him tightly. “So what do you want to do?”

“How did you deal with me back then?”

“…Drugged you…” Duan Qing stopped mid-sentence. He had to admit that these three really were from the same sect. Nothing but internal sabotage. He drove in again, savoring the tight heat around him. There was no time left to pity Bai Xuyao now. All he could do was indulge in the feast in front of him.

Song Feng lingered outside, casually bullshitting the nurse who came to check in until she gave up and left. After waiting a while, Wei Xiaoyan finally came out. Song Feng looked him up and down with a grin. “So that’s it? You’re officially claimed?”

Wei Xiaoyan had just showered. His hair was still wet, droplets of water sliding down his cheek. His eyes still held the lingering haze of sex, and the whole image was absurdly sexy. He nodded. “He treats me well. Feels like a good life… What about Bai?”

“Probably off looking for Xiao Mingxuan.”

“Perfect. I’ll go visit too. Let’s go.”

Song Feng hooked an arm around his neck, smirking. “So how’s Duan Qing in bed? You looked pretty damn satisfied.”

“Not bad,” Wei Xiaoyan said with a perfectly calm face. “Sex is a skill. Practice enough, and anyone can get good.”

    “Fair point.”

The two chatted as they walked off, their figures soon disappearing around the corner. Duan Qing had been about to step out and say something, but when he accidentally overheard that last exchange, he froze in place. His face twisted and locked in place as he stared after them in disbelief.

Did those two have no bottom line left at all?

Song Feng and Wei Xiaoyan strolled leisurely into Xiao Mingxuan’s hospital room. A nurse was just changing his dressing. When she saw them come in, she let out a surprised. “Oh, it’s you two. You still seem so close. So sweet. I’m jealous. Are you friends with them too?” Her eyes flicked to Bai Xuyao and Xiao Mingxuan, mentally pairing them as another couple.

    Everyone: “…”

Xiao Mingxuan was clearly unhappy. He corrected her immediately. “Song Feng is my wife.”

The nurse stared directly at Song Feng. When he nodded in confirmation, she looked absolutely shaken. Her gaze darted between all four of them in disbelief before she forced herself to stay composed and pushed her cart out of the room with trembling hands.

    Xiao Mingxuan: “……”

Bai Xuyao rubbed his chin. “She’s probably thinking someone’s cheating on four people at once…” He stopped mid-sentence, instantly sensing a certain someone’s stare, bolted to the door and curled up beside it. Under that same dangerous gaze, Wei Xiaoyan wisely put some distance between himself and his boss. “Uh… you two rest. I’ll just… yeah, I’ll get out of the way.” He snatched Bai Xuyao by the collar and dragged him out like a gust of wind, even remembering to shut the door for them on the way.

Xiao Mingxuan turned to Song Feng and reached out a hand. Song Feng stepped forward and looked him over. After a full day and night of rest, the man still looked pale, but compared to when he’d first gotten off the helicopter, his condition had clearly improved.

“How do you feel?” Song Feng asked.

“Much better.” The bed was propped up a little. Xiao Mingxuan leaned back against the headboard, pulling Song Feng closer and staring at him intently. Earlier, Bai Xuyao had told him what Song Feng had been like while he was missing. Quiet, drained, like he had lost something vital. It made Xiao Mingxuan’s chest tighten. But more than anything, it confirmed what he had hoped for. Song Feng had always cared. Everything he had done had been worth it.

Song Feng blinked. “What is it?”

“I missed you,” Xiao Mingxuan said and tugged him in closer.

Song Feng leaned forward for a kiss. Xiao Mingxuan cradled the back of his head, deepening the kiss, gently licking and sucking at his mouth before wrapping around his tongue, drawing him in. He tasted the familiar flavor, again and again, but somehow it still wasn’t enough. His hunger burned through him, demanding more.

He had never been someone who loved easily, but this one person, he wanted to merge with, body and soul.

Song Feng’s spine tingled as heat spread through his limbs. His breathing turned heavy. He quickly pulled back, gasping, “Stop. You’re still hurt…”

Xiao Mingxuan’s gaze darkened. His hand slid down, pressing between Song Feng’s legs. “I’m hurt. You’re not.”

Song Feng let out a shaky breath, desire already starting to cloud his eyes.

Xiao Mingxuan pulled down his zipper and slipped his hand inside, gripping the hardness directly. The skin-to-skin contact made Song Feng moan again and grab his wrist. “You…”

Xiao Mingxuan stroked him slowly, feeling the heat and pulse against his palm. “I’m only using one arm. I’ll be fine.”

Song Feng glanced down. That side of his body was burned, but this arm was untouched. He didn’t hesitate for long. He let go and even shifted in closer. Xiao Mingxuan kissed him again and focused on what his hand was doing. Song Feng turned his head, kissing him back. Heat bloomed from his groin, flooding through every nerve in his body. He let out a low, desperate moan and closed his eyes.

When Xiao Mingxuan felt wetness at the tip, he picked up the pace, murmuring hoarsely against his lips, “I love you.”

Something clenched deep inside Song Feng. The feeling surged up in his chest, sharp and overwhelming. He couldn’t hold back for long. His thighs tightened, his body went rigid, and with a full-body tremor, he came, collapsing against Xiao Mingxuan’s shoulder, gasping for breath

Xiao Mingxuan kissed the shell of his ear. “Feel good?”

“…Yeah.” Song Feng caught his breath, then looked up at him, eyes a little misted, soft with pleasure and contentment.

Xiao Mingxuan loved the look on his face in that moment. He leaned in for another kiss.

Song Feng pulled out a tissue to clean him up, then got up and headed to the bathroom for a shower. When he came back out wearing only shorts, he strolled around leisurely. The bed was large enough, and he had no intention of squeezing himself to the edge. He took up half of it and slept comfortably.

From then on, he stayed to take care of Xiao Mingxuan. The Xiao family visited often, and after seeing how the two interacted, no one showed any signs of disapproval. It seemed they had already accepted their relationship. Xiao Mingxuan’s recovery was quick. The bandages on his upper body could finally be removed. Song Feng looked at the skin graft on one side of his chest and smiled. “The whip marks are gone. If Fu Shanming finds out, he’ll be pissed.”

“Even better. One day I’m going to erase the scars on this side too.”

Song Feng went to the bathroom to wash some fruit, then placed it on the bedside table. “The new recruits have their assessment coming up. I’ve got to head back to the base. Oh, by the way, that devil actually praised me last time. He said I did a good job~” He blinked, eyes sparkling. “He really meant me~”

Xiao Mingxuan patted his head. “Go on. I’m going to sleep.”

Song Feng happily left. He stayed at the base for a few days to sort everything out, then rushed back to the city. It was nighttime again by the time he returned. In the room, besides Xiao Mingxuan, there was also a woman.

She was saying, “I don’t care what you say. I will never give up. This connection between us is destiny!”

Song Feng pushed open the door right then and saw both of them turn to look at him. He blinked. “Should I… come back later?”

“No,” Xiao Mingxuan waved him over. “Come here.”

So Song Feng obediently walked over, spotted the perfectly sliced fruit on the nightstand, picked up a piece and popped it into his mouth. He gave the woman a once-over. “What’s going on? And you are…?”

    “I’m his girlfriend.”

Song Feng paused for a moment, then said honestly, “You’re not qualified.”

Her expression changed. “What did you say?”

“Hey, don’t get upset,” Song Feng said patiently. “I don’t know exactly what kind of women he likes, but if you ask me, your chest looks okay, but I’m pretty sure it’s just the bra. Probably a 75A at most. Your waist is too thick, your height seems alright, but your legs clearly aren’t that long, which means your shoes have hidden platforms. No chest, no waist, no hips, and not much height either. Just based on your figure, you’re already out. That nurse from earlier had a great body and a pretty face. Now that was a real knockout.”

The woman’s expression kept shifting, cycling through several shades of fury. She looked like she was about to claw his face off, but she had to maintain her image. So she just stood there trembling, glaring daggers at him.

“Let’s talk about your face now,” Song Feng said as he looked her over. “The space between your brows is a little too wide. I’m guessing your eyebrows are really faint, so you filled them in with pencil. Your nose isn’t very defined, and your mouth is too big. Oh, and yeah, you’ve definitely used makeup to contour it. If you took all that off… hey, don’t leave…” He watched the figure storm off. “Why’d she run the second I mentioned taking her makeup off?”

    Xiao Mingxuan: “…”

Even his expression was starting to crack. That woman had been pestering him for an entire day, refusing to back down no matter how he reasoned with her or tried to shut her down. And now she had just been effortlessly… taken care of?

“I wasn’t even finished,” Song Feng said, turning back as he popped a piece of fruit into his mouth. “So who was she? What does she do? Some distant cousin or something?”

“…You don’t need to know,” Xiao Mingxuan said. “Come here.”

    “Oh.”

One of Xiao Mingxuan’s calves was still wrapped in bandages, but the rest of him had recovered. He could have been discharged already, but the Xiao family wanted him to make a full recovery, so he was still staying at the hospital. He pulled Song Feng into his arms and held him tightly. “I haven’t showered. What about you?”

Song Feng felt hands slipping under his shirt. He turned his head and kissed the corner of his mouth. “Not yet.”

Xiao Mingxuan lifted his shirt and pulled it off. Just as he was about to undo his belt, he paused, then bit lightly at his earlobe. “Go lock the door.”

Song Feng’s breath caught. He obediently did as told, then came back and eyed his leg. “Can you even shower like this?”

“I can. You’re going to help me.” As he spoke, Xiao Mingxuan got out of bed, and Song Feng quickly supported him, helping him into the bathroom.

It had been a long time since they had done anything. Now, standing naked in front of each other, the tension was immediate. They barely made it into the bathroom before they were tangled together, already on the verge of losing control. They nearly crossed the line more than once, and each time Song Feng stopped it just in time. Gasping for breath, he muttered, “No… not here…”

Xiao Mingxuan wasn’t in great shape to move around, so he let Song Feng take the lead. But his hands never stopped teasing. “Then let’s go back to the bed.”

Song Feng grabbed a towel and helped dry them both off, then supported Xiao Mingxuan as they returned to the bed. Xiao Mingxuan casually picked up a bottle of shower gel and lay back on the bed, reaching out to him. “Come here.”

Song Feng’s eyes were glazed with a layer of moisture. He spread his legs, straddled Xiao Mingxuan, and knelt on the mattress. Lowering his head, he leaned in for a slow, lingering kiss. Then he began to slide downward along his chest, inch by inch.

Xiao Mingxuan looked down at him. “…Song Feng?”

Song Feng didn’t respond. He extended his tongue and gave the hardening cock a slow lick.

Xiao Mingxuan’s breathing instantly grew heavier. The sensation was almost unbearable. He grabbed Song Feng’s chin and coaxed his mouth open. Song Feng didn’t resist, gradually taking him in. Xiao Mingxuan let out a low gasp as pleasure crashed over him in waves, flooding every nerve. Even his fingertips trembled. After enjoying it for a while, the heat in his body became overwhelming. He pulled Song Feng up and held him close, kissing him hard. Then, he reached for the bottle of shower gel and squeezed some out, quickly preparing him.

Song Feng frowned slightly and murmured against his lips, “Go slow…”

Xiao Mingxuan gave a soft hum of acknowledgment and eased his pace. After a few moments, he pulled his fingers out, gripped Song Feng’s waist, and slowly pressed him down.

Song Feng tilted his head back and breathed heavily as the inner walls were gradually stretched open. When it was fully inside, a soft, helpless moan escaped his throat. Xiao Mingxuan held him firmly, thrusting up from below. Song Feng collapsed onto him, the thickness drove deep enough to make him cry out.

    “Stop…”

“Stop what?” Xiao Mingxuan panted, his movements not slowing in the slightest. He kept thrusting up into him, claiming him again and again, branding every inch with his presence.

Song Feng’s entire body flushed red, sweat trailing from his neck to his chest. His brows were pinched in pleasure, and his expression was dazed with need. Xiao Mingxuan watched him, entranced, then sat up slightly and pulled him into an embrace. He kissed the corner of his lips. “Does it feel good?”

Song Feng clutched his shoulders, his breathing completely erratic. He let out a quiet sound of agreement and leaned in to kiss him. Xiao Mingxuan lifted him slightly, then slammed him back down, the friction along the inner walls sending sparks up their spines. Their breathing turned even more ragged.

The heat between them burned hotter and hotter. Neither of them could hold back. By the time they finally finished, it was already past midnight. Song Feng’s chest was covered in kiss marks. He dragged himself to the shower, cleaned up quickly, then came out and collapsed onto the bed, not moving an inch.

Xiao Mingxuan pulled him into his arms and continued kissing him again and again. “Song Feng, I love you.”

Song Feng burrowed against him, rubbing his face against his skin, then found a comfortable position and replied lazily, “Yeah, I love you too.”

Xiao Mingxuan gently tilted his chin up. “Do you mean it?”

Song Feng looked straight at him. “I mean it.”

In that moment, Xiao Mingxuan felt completely content. He kissed his forehead. “Good night, Song Feng.”

Song Feng gave a soft hum in reply and closed his eyes. Before long, he was fast asleep.
