Grim Reaper Romance

Jion, a high school student living alone with his maternal grandfather, possesses a special ability. He can see and communicate with the souls of the deceased, that is, “ghosts.”
Jion has been using this ability to help the deceased who are unable to move on to the afterlife because they still have attachments to this world. Although this often earns him a scolding from his grandfather, Jion feels a strong sense of duty toward this work and cannot simply ignore them; stepping in to help has become a part of his daily routine.
One day, while heading home after finishing his part-time job at a convenience store, Jion encounters the ghost of a young child crouched in an alley. Upon learning that the child cannot leave this world because he misses his mother, Jion decides to help him reunite with her.
“You must have realized who I am… then why don’t you get out of the way and stop interfering?”

“It seems you don’t care if your head gets cut off instead?”
This incident leads him to meet ‘Kwon Chasa,’ a grim reaper who has been sent to the living world…
