    Schedule: Monday and Tuesday.

    —We’re dating.

As soon as Yan Mu said that, the entire forum blew up.

    They’re really dating!

Who else could he possibly be dating?

Which CP is this post even shipping?!

    What does this mean?!

    What does this mean?!

It means the CP they’ve been shipping actually came true!!!

    Ahhh, oh my god!!!

The post was updating at an insane speed. If one were to look away for only a minute, and it’s already two or three pages ahead, the whole screen flooded with ‘ahhhhhhh,’ the thread had stopped being a CP post and turned into a full-on screaming mode.

2001st comment: Oh my god! The CP I was shipping actually got together!!

2002nd comment: They’re so perfect for each other, so perfect, so perfect. I’ve been following this thread for so long, and it actually has an ending!!

2010th comment: Only this couple could date so openly!! So jealous, so jealous, so jealous!

2011st comment: Is this the power of love? Lately, the school bully’s been visibly changing for the better; only the God of Learning could pull that off!

2012th comment: Growing together. This is what love’s about. Ahhhhh!! Love it, love it!! Keep it up from now on, school bully!!

2013th comment: Wuwuwu, what’s going on? I want to cry; they’re so sweet, really sweet. Handsome alpha and omega are working hard to become better for each other. Too sweet, wuwuwu. Why am I so happy?

Jiang Zhihuo scrolled down a few more comments, hadn’t reached the bottom yet, when Yan Mu’s call came in. His voice was low but pleasant on the phone. “I was wrong. I didn’t wait for your response.”

Jiang Zhihuo laughed. Yan Mu could be childish sometimes. He just hinted at going public, and Yan Mu immediately went to blow up the whole forum.

“What do we do? The forum’s gotten even crazier; I can’t even refresh in time.”

Yan Mu thought for a moment. “Or I can go delete the post.”

    Jiang Zhihuo: “?”

Jiang Zhihuo instantly caught on and asked, “You can delete posts? Then why didn’t you delete it from the beginning?”

Back then, the CP thread was floating way up; the OP was throwing out wild guesses, and people in the replies were shipping like crazy. It had Jiang Zhihuo blushing and his heart pounding; he almost believed it himself.

As for why he didn’t delete it, Jiang Zhihuo knew perfectly well. He’d already wanted to pursue him before, so why bother deleting it?

After spending so much time with Yan-ge, watching him for so long, even the tiniest move, he could already guess what he wanted to do next.

—The God of Learning Yan may seem cold and indifferent on the surface, but when he goes wild, he’s more high-profile than anyone.

Yan Mu gave a dry cough and couldn’t bring himself to say it, so he stayed quiet.

“Why is this?” Jiang Zhihuo repeated, dragging out the ending on purpose, in a casual tone. “Yan-ge, if you don’t say it, we might never hang up this call.”

There were other people in the bus. If it were only them behind closed doors, no matter how shy, Yan Mu could say it out loud. He’d already told Jiang Zhihuo more than once. But with a crowd around, God of Learning Yan got embarrassed.

He let out a sigh and pleaded. “Spare me, Xiao Zhou.”

After an hour’s ride, it’s dinner time. By the time Yan Mu got back to school, evening self-study was already halfway through.

Class 1 had the physics teacher on duty tonight. The first period was a quiz, and the second period was reviewing. Jiang Zhihuo listened while secretly working on other worksheets underneath.

With finals coming up, the practice papers from every subject kept piling up. If you take one day off and don’t have someone helping to organize them, your desk would be stacked like a small mountain.

There wasn’t enough time to finish all the homework, and not enough time during class either, so evening self-study became the only option. The teachers and students were both helpless. There was nothing to do but understand each other. The other top students were also secretly working on different practice papers, one with a black pen and one with a red pen in hand, only switching pens to correct mistakes.

The corridor during evening self-study was quiet. Yan Mu came in softly without drawing anyone’s attention.

Tired of writing papers, Jiang Zhihuo decided to take a one-minute break, spinning his pen, tipping one leg of the chair, and leaning back.

Still thinking of sneaking a bite of a little cookie.

His hand hadn’t even reached under the desk yet when Jiang Zhihuo suddenly saw Yan Mu outside the window. The chair leg dropped with a loud clunk.

He hadn’t seen Yan-ge all day, and Jiang Zhihuo couldn’t wait. He immediately lowered his head and sent a message: Yan-ge, you’re back!

Yan Mu: Mhm, just came to take a look at you. Focus on class first.

Jiang Zhihuo: You’ve seen me now, going back to your class?

After sending the message, the top showed ‘The other party is typing……’, but after waiting a while, nothing came through. Yan Mu was still standing outside the window, the glow of his phone screen reflecting on his face.

    Jiang Zhihuo: ?

After a while, Yan Mu finally replied: Don’t want to go back.

    Yan Mu: Ai.

Jiang Zhihuo couldn’t help but curl the corner of his mouth.

Yan-ge was sweet and clingy, and when he occasionally broke character, it was explosively cute.

Their eyes met through the window, and Jiang Zhihuo lowered his head to type: I’ll come find you after class.

Yan Mu had just walked away, and not even half a minute had passed when Jiang Zhihuo’s message popped up again.

Jiang Zhihuo: Ahhhhhh, why isn’t class over yet?

Finally, when class was over, Jiang Zhihuo went to Class 4 to look for Yan Mu, but the girl in the first row said the God of Learning had been called to the office.

As she spoke, the girl’s eyes locked directly onto Jiang Zhihuo, the smile tugging at her lips was impossible to hide, her gaze fixed and unblinking.

Jiang Zhihuo pulled a candy out of his pocket. It was one he often handed out last period.

“You have a candy first. Staring at me like that makes me very shy.” Jiang Zhihuo said.

“Sorry, sorry.” The girl said as she took the candy. “Huo-ge, good luck! Study hard and make progress every day!”

“Of course.” Jiang Zhihuo replied, then headed toward the office. He couldn’t wait. Even he couldn’t understand why he was feeling so excited.

Yan Mu had been called in to talk about the competition, and only after getting reminded about the national competition rules was he finally let out. The moment he stepped out, he saw Jiang Zhihuo waiting at the door, leaning against the wall, his long legs slightly bent, reaching out to snap his fingers right in front of Yan Mu.

It had only been a single day without seeing each other, and they’d been chatting on WeChat the whole time, but Jiang Zhihuo still couldn’t help getting excited when he saw Yan Mu.

On the way back, when Yan-ge held his hand, he caught the scent of Yan-ge‘s pheromones. The back of his neck started heating up on its own, like the person in front of him had been wrapped in a filter, glowing and unreal.

Probably, he missed him so much that he went a bit crazy. He’d gotten used to having someone there, and he couldn’t even sleep alone last night.

The moment the door shut, Jiang Zhihuo pressed Yan Mu against the back of it and tilted his head up to kiss him.

The bag on his shoulder slid down and hung on the crook of his arm. Jiang Zhihuo found it annoying and tossed it straight to the floor, wrapping both arms around Yan Mu’s neck.

Yan Mu responded, resting his hands on Jiang Zhihuo’s waist, reaching for his spine, tracing it up gradually until his fingers gently slid into his hair, pushing forward firmly.

They were both just eighteen, neither of them could hold back.

Alpha’s pheromones surrounded him, so pleasant and comforting. The back of his neck kept heating up, but Jiang Zhihuo didn’t care. It always did in moments like this. He was almost madly addicted to that scent, as he kissed along the lips, the cheek, then the earlobe.

During their time together, they hadn’t gone any further. At most, they kissed. After kissing, they’d lie under the same blanket to sleep. No matter how strong the reaction, they held back, and neither of them ever said a word.

However, this time, somehow, it spiraled completely out of control.

Jiang Zhihuo was especially daring, kissing along the Adam’s apple, then lowering his head to bury it in Yan Mu’s neck. His breathing wouldn’t settle, pheromones tangled and thick, the scent of alcohol mixed with the freshness of rain.

    Yan Mu was touching him.

He didn’t even know when he’d been touched. By the time he realized it, it was already too late to stop.

Huo-ge still cared about saving face, even with things going this far, he stubbornly bit down on his lips, refusing to make a sound. His breathing grew heavier and deeper, and at one point, he sank his teeth into Yan Mu’s collarbone.

His teeth left a bite mark, and it hurt quite a bit. Yan Mu let out a soft hiss; thus, Jiang Zhihuo stopped biting. His hot breath pressed against Yan Mu’s neck.

His body gave a small shiver. Jiang Zhihuo lifted his head, as his eyes were a complete mess, filled with confusion. The corners of his eyes drooped slightly, tinged with a faint flush.

There was still a vague mist in his clear, translucent eyes.

The pheromones carried a subtle, indescribably intimate scent.

After catching Yan-ge‘s pheromones, that urge to touch him, or to be touched by him, couldn’t be held back anymore.

Jiang Zhihuo’s mind was blank. He lowered his head and leaned on Yan Mu’s shoulder, refusing to let him see his face.

Their heartbeats pounded against each other, and their breathing was completely uneven.

It took Jiang Zhihuo a while to calm down. He grabbed some tissues to clean the stuff off Yan Mu’s body and hands, then pushed him to shower first.

Jiang Zhihuo lay on the bed, with his arm covering his eyes.

Yan Mu took an unusually long shower, which could last more than half an hour. Jiang Zhihuo listened to the sound of running water from outside the door and recalled the feeling from earlier at the doorway. His face was hot, and so were his ears.

    It felt good.

The key point was that it felt too good.

Not knowing how to think any further, Jiang Zhihuo simply closed his eyes and emptied his mind. Letting it out once just now had drained him like he’d run an 800-meter sprint. He was a bit worn out. Yan Mu had been in the shower for so long that by the time he came out, Jiang Zhihuo was already half-asleep.

However, he didn’t fall asleep completely. He heard footsteps coming into the room, caught the scent of body wash, and then heard Yan Mu speaking to him.

Warm breath brushed against his ear.

    “Xiao Zhou, I missed you.”
