    They’re losing their damn minds.

[Guild] SiblingSpicyNoodle: No but seriously this event sucks **

[Guild] SiblingSpicyNoodle: Why do they keep dropping these awful grind-fest events??

[Guild] SiblingSpicyNoodle: ** I don’t wanna do it… even though the exchange list is good **

[Guild] Tando: That just means more rewards for me, Noodle ^^

[Guild] Tando: I actually like it. It has a sort of romantic charm

[Guild] SiblingSpicyNoodle: Romantic my *** what charm are you even talking about–

[Guild] SiblingSpicyNoodle: Instead of dropping this crap, just make more raids **

As soon as they logged in, the guild chat was buzzing. Next to him, Moonhyuk looked over at Dohee with pitiful eyes.

“Dohee… do you hate events like this too?”

He sounded so hesitant and worried, it was almost sad.

“No. I like them. Don’t you wanna do it?”

“Huh? Yeah! I wanna do it with you…”

    “Then let’s do it.”

Only then did Moonhyuk brighten up. He must’ve been afraid Dohee wouldn’t want to. Of course, just five minutes ago, Dohee had thought, “What kind of boring trash event is this?” but hey, if Moonhyuk didn’t know that, what did it matter? Dohee pivoted at light speed and smiled gently.

“I like anything as long as I’m doing it with you.”

Moonhyuk rubbed his reddening ears and nodded.

Meanwhile, the topic in guild chat had shifted.

[Guild] PrettyHealerHyung: [HeaveHoEmote] I saw that interview with GoSupp!

[Guild] PrettyHealerHyung: He was like… seriously angelic… ^_^!

[Guild] SoftRiceCake: LOL I saw it too hahaha

[Guild] SoftRiceCake: “It was all thanks to my raid members who worked hard together~”

[Guild] SoftRiceCake: Did you really mean that, GoSupp? LOL

    [Guild] YeohooHae: That image control is insane;;;

[Guild] YeojinHae: Yeohoo and I laughed for five whole minutes lol

[Guild] YeojinHae: tf did I just hear GoSupp say it was all thanks to others LOL

    [Guild] YeohooHae: For real lmao

[Guild] SiblingSpicyNoodle: Where? Where is it posted??

[Guild] Tando: It’s on the official site’s community section hehe

[Guild] Tando: We’re the real MVPs ^^

[Guild] Tando: Since we got the first clear on Demon Hunter thanks to us, how about GoSupp sends 50k gold each as a thank-you gift? hehe

    [Guild] YYNNXX: Agreed

[System] ’YYNNXX’s rank has been demoted to ‘New Guild Member’.

[System] ‘Tando’s rank has been demoted to ‘New Guild Member’.

[Guild] GoingSupporter: Talking nonsense, so you’re demoted

    [Guild] GoingSupporter: LOL

    [Guild] YeohooHae: ???

[Guild] YeohooHae: Why not just send the 50k gold for all our hard work hehe

[Guild] GoingSupporter: ? Why can’t I demote the guild master?

[Guild] YeohooHae: As if you could lolol

The guildmates had all clearly seen the NGA interview and were taking turns teasing Dohee. It had been his first time doing a game company interview, and since he had a bit of a “streamer image,” he’d just tried to sound nice. But these guys clearly saw that as blood in the water.

It had been a few days since the interview. The atmosphere was more relaxed than expected, and he’d even met an NGA staffer who said they were a fan of GoingSupporter. Apparently, the directing team had watched the first-clear broadcast live, flipping through multiple raid team streams, holding their breath to see who would win.

When Dohee asked if they were working overtime, they replied, “We watched with beers, so technically no.”

Getting paid to enjoy other people’s pain. The world was ending.

The interview focused on Demon Hunter first-clear impressions, raid mechanic solutions, and the hidden phase. Honestly, when they asked what he thought when the hidden phase appeared, Dohee nearly cursed out loud. Did these people have no tact?

He’d almost lost first clear because of that damn hidden phase, and now they wanted to bring it up to his face? Still, Dohee had smiled with saintly patience and replied, “It was such a fresh and clever mechanic.”

He was basically playing an angel character at this point. Sure, he was gritting his teeth inside, but there was nothing he could do. Even Baek Dohee couldn’t spit on a smiling face.

They also asked about the support class. And honestly, that was a topic he had way too much to say about, he ended up ranting for more than ten minutes. Most of it got cut in the published version, though. He still had things he wanted to say.

The structural inconvenience of the support class, issues with burst-focused raid metas, unreasonable skill cooldowns, the limitations of debuff skills, he got it all off his chest.

Seeing the directing team’s pale faces was kind of satisfying.

Anyway, the interview had gone live yesterday on the official homepage. They’d also included interviews with the teams that cleared Demon Hunter in second and third place, but GoingSupporter’s interview had the most views by far.

Apparently, it had stirred up quite a bit of buzz in the community, though Dohee hadn’t checked. That way lies madness.

[Guild] 4EvilPrettyGirl: As someone raising a support

[Guild] 4EvilPrettyGirl: I thought it was a solid and pointed interview

[Guild] 4EvilPrettyGirl: You nailed the core issues

[Guild] 4EvilPrettyGirl: So… are they gonna fix the system?

    [Guild] GoingSupporter: No idea

[Guild] GoingSupporter: Honestly, most of my interview got cut lol

[Guild] GoingSupporter: I talked for over ten minutes in front of those guys

[Guild] GoingSupporter: Maybe they’ll patch something, at least

[Guild] GoingSupporter: If not, oh well

[Guild] GoingSupporter: I’ll just quit then, easy

    [Guild] GOingSupporter187: Quit…?

    [Guild] GOingSupporter187: For real…??? ㅠㅡㅠ

    [Guild] GoingSupporter: No

    [Guild] GoingSupporter: I’m joking, lol

Dohee glanced sideways. Moonhyuk’s tearful-looking expression brightened instantly when he saw the “joking” message.

It seemed that Baek Dohee’s plan to quit Sword of God had completely gone out the window.

[Guild] YeojinHae: No way GoSupp can quit now lolol

[Guild] YeojinHae: You gotta stream, remember? lol

[Guild] YeohooHae: Facts. And you’re basically stuck with IngSupp-chan now

    [Guild] SoftRiceCake: Stuck how???

[Guild] YeohooHae: Gotta raise that IngSupp-chan, how you gonna quit lolol

[Guild] SoftRiceCake: Ahhh, that’s what you meant lolol

Of course, they probably didn’t literally mean he was “stuck” with Moonhyuk.

A few days ago, Dohee had told Yeojin and Yeohoo that they were officially dating. He’d asked Moonhyuk if it was okay to share it first, Moonhyuk, looking confused, had asked why it wouldn’t be okay. Dohee had only brought it up because he was worried Moonhyuk might be uncomfortable, but thankfully, he seemed completely fine. Maybe it helped that Yeojin and Yeohoo were his cousins, so things felt a bit more relaxed.

In any case, the twins had spent the next several days teasing him nonstop. They said they knew something was up from the start with how much Dohee had been doting on him. Just nonsense, really.

[System] ‘YYNNXX’’s rank has been changed to ‘Guild Member’.

[System] ‘Tando’’s rank has been changed to ‘Guild Member’.

[Guild] Tando: I was dying to say something lol

[Guild] Tando: So are we going to finish the 150 set today?

[Guild] SiblingSpicyNoodle: We gotta… we gotta… but why does it feel like I’m still missing so many pieces?

[Guild] SiblingSpicyNoodle: What does this game ever give me anyway **

    [Guild] SiblingSpicyNoodle: Freaking trash SoGod….

[Guild] Tando: Maybe because you keep calling it trash hehe

[Guild] Tando: Try being a little more positive ^^

    [Guild] SiblingSpicyNoodle: ????

    [Guild] SiblingSpicyNoodle: ????????? ㅡㅡ;;;;;;;

[Guild] Oreckthat: First let’s go run the raid! (✿´꒳`)ノ°

[Guild] GoingSupporter: Grab your party invites

As he started gathering guild members, Dohee took a sip of coffee. Next to him, Moonhyuk’s anxious voice spoke up.

“Do you think I’ll collect everything today…?”

“Yeah. You only have a few pieces left, right? Noodle might not make it in time, but I think you’ll be fine.”

    “That’s a relief.”

“If not, we can just do it next week.”

    “I don’t want that though….”

    “Why not?”

“Because I want to do it with you….”

He said it while darting his eyes around nervously. God, it was adorable. Dohee couldn’t get over how sweet it was that Moonhyuk wanted to do everything together.

    Dohee laughed.

“If you don’t finish today, I’ll just wait another week.”

“I just thought you might get bored….”

    “Bored? Waiting a week?”

    “Yeah….”

Unbelievable. What kind of nonsense is that?

“Why would I get bored? I’m waiting to do it with you. I wouldn’t be bored at all. Would you be bored or annoyed waiting a week because of me?”

    Moonhyuk shook his head wildly.

    “No! Not even a little!”

    “Same here.”

It was so ridiculous, it wasn’t even funny anymore. Moonhyuk always had a way of making people completely lose it. If that was part of his charm… well, then so be it.

“But still, I really hope I finish today so I can do it with you.”

That line just made Dohee smile. Watching Moonhyuk get so excited over everything was enough to make anything feel fun.

Moonhyuk still had a long way to go before hitting level 150, but he’d decided to go ahead and craft his 150-set items anyway. Dohee was planning to make his 140-set for him, so no worries there.

But since most 150-set materials were non-tradeable, Moonhyuk had to craft it himself this time. Thankfully, he’d been leveling up his crafting on the side, so while the chances of a “Great Success” weren’t high, he’d at least be able to make the items.

If Dohee were to make them for him, it’d take at least another 2–3 weeks. So they had no choice.

Still, once they had plenty of extra materials later, Dohee planned to remake them for him properly.

Moonhyuk should get to experience the joy of crafting something for himself too.
