No one could sleep, so they spent some time in Yeorok’s private study. While Yeorok sat on the sofa and drank wine, Eunho lay down with his head on Yeorok’s thigh.

His hands were filled with the snack packet Yeorok had given him. Resting on someone else’s leg and cracking roasted pistachios wasn’t his intention. But the comfort was indescribable.

Eunho quietly looked up. Yeorok was focused on his documents, and Eunho continued staring at his face without meaning to. His eyelashes were really long. His nose bridge was really high, and his lips were very soft. His features looked delicate and worth studying. When would he ever get to look this closely at Choi Yeorok’s face again. Eunho’s eyes sparkled like he was watching a movie.

When Yeorok took a sip of wine, Eunho held a pistachio up to his mouth. Yeorok’s smooth lips parted a little. His white and straight teeth and a tongue red enough to look indecent showed for a moment. Yeorok accepted the nut Eunho held up for him without resisting.

Choi Yeorok had never directly said that he liked him. Instead, he expressed it through actions: a gentle caress or opening up his personal space. That privilege wasn’t granted to just anyone.

Eunho would be overcome with emotion whenever moments like these came. Even now, watching Yeorok slowly chew the pistachios he was feeding him made him excited.

This was enough. His toes curled on the sofa. His expression had long since relaxed. While he watched Yeorok’s face, overcome happiness, the sensitive Choi Yeorok lowered his gaze.

    “What’s wrong?”

    “I just… like it.”

“Are you trying to seduce me?”

Yeorok threw the documents onto the table. A small sigh followed.

“I planned to let you sleep peacefully tonight, but you are getting in the way.”

His calm voice sounded almost sinister. Eunho froze, clutching the small glass bottle.

    “I didn’t do anything.”

“You just smiled at me with those eyes.”

That was true, but… It felt a bit unfair to call it seduction. While Eunho hesitated, Yeorok leaned slightly. His big hand grabbed Eunho’s buttocks through his pants and kneaded them. The strong grip made his buttocks feel like they were going to burst. Eunho instinctively frowned.

    “Chairman… my back still hurts.”

He had taken Yeorok for two days in a row, so the inside was swollen. When he spoke honestly, Yeorok’s hand stopped. His black eyes softened while he looked down at Eunho.

“I will let it go, take them off.”

    “….”

Eunho slowly sat up. He looked like he was obeying, but then he just ran off. His escape, which caught Yeorok off guard, lasted only a few steps.

Eunho was caught in the dressing room and dragged all the way to the bathroom. He ended up spreading himself open under the shower, and Yeorok licked his swollen entrance until he was satisfied. Not even a finger went in, but the soft tongue pushed through his puffy inside without stopping. It was the kind of teasing that humiliated Eunho the most.

When he came out again, he had no strength and almost crawled on the floor. Yeorok took care of him, helped him change clothes, and dried his wet hair. Faced with such attentive care, Eunho was shocked. Yeorok smiled and waved the hair dryer gently.

Only when he lay down on the bed did he finally feel tired. Wearing Yeorok’s clothes, clean and warm, and lying in Yeorok’s bed felt like the highest level of happiness to Eunho. Yeorok picked up his tablet and leaned on the bed. It looked like he wasn’t planning to sleep yet, and he left the small bedside light on.

He shifted his gaze to the side. Eunho’s eyes were already closed. His body turned toward Yeorok, and he looked comfortable.

Yeorok chuckled. Maybe this was what he wanted to see. Even a small sight like this filled him with satisfaction. He reached out his empty hand toward Eunho. Eunho took Yeorok’s fingers like he was receiving a gift and squeezed them gently.

    “The trust will end soon.”

    “…Yes.”

“Thanks to you, I’ll be even busier for a whi le. Since I won’t be able to see you, Sim Eunho-sso will take care of filling my bed.”

    “Can I really sleep here?”

“Have I ever said something pointless?”

“No, you haven’t.” Eunho muttered with a small voice. He buried his nose in Yeorok’s fingers, and his warm breath touched Yeorok’s skin.

“Chairman, nothing will change even after the trust ends, right?”

“Nothing will change for me and Sim Eunho-ssi. Seo Taehwa or Ahn Jaehwan will look for their own paths.”

    “…Taehwa-hyung is leaving? Where?”

Eunho’s half-shut eyes opened wide. His relaxed expression changed into surprise. He once heard from Ahn Jaehwan that he might open a separate clinic after the trust ended, but he had never heard Seo Taehwa might leave too.

Yeorok frowned at him. He was secretly displeased with Eunho’s reaction.

“You want Seo Taehwa to stay beside you?”

“…It will feel empty if he is gone.”

They had stayed together for too long. Eunho depended on Seo Taehwa in many ways. The thought of him suddenly leaving was heartbreaking.

Yeorok let out a small sigh. He set the tablet on the bedside table and turned his body at an angle. His gaze on Eunho became even more intense.

“Am I not enough for you?”

    “That’s not what I meant.”

Eunho held the hand he had grabbed carefully and squeezed it.

“I never got this much care in my life. I think I have grown very attached to Taehwa-hyung.”

    “……”

“It’s fine. I’m not a kid, and living alone is just… well.”

Yeorok’s eyes grew dim. He stared at Eunho’s face for a long time and sighed. He didn’t mean to, but Eunho’s pitiful smile bothered him.

“I’ll give you about three months, so slowly pull yourself away by then.”

Eunho raised his wide eyes. Yeorok sometimes said things that sounded completely cold. That was actually his real nature.

“Chairman, affection… you can’t just attach and detach it that easily.”

“You think it’s hard even when I’m giving you three whole months?”

“If it’s about getting used to being alone, maybe. But you can’t cut off affection for no reason.”

Yeorok couldn’t understand Eunho’s explanation. Why can’t he do that? Yeorok looked at the pale face, disapproving.

“Then if you wanted to, Chairman, would you pull your affection away from me too?”

“Why is the talk going in that direction?”

“…From the way you spoke, you sounded like someone who would.”

Eunho suddenly closed his eyes. He had thrown out a resigned comment and was now clearly mulling over to himself. Yeorok could read exactly what Eunho was thinking.

A breath escaped Yeorok. “Sim Eunho-ssi.” He called him in a low voice, and Eunho opened his eyes again. Yeorok’s face was already close.

“I want you to stop thinking about useless things.”

    “What useless things?”

“The things you’re good at. Saying I only want your body, saying you’ll be thrown away, and digging yourself into a hole alone.”

Eunho froze, he had been imagining Yeorok acting cold, trying to sever ties with him. Yeorok had always been harsh, and there had already been a similar incident, so his imagination was quite detailed.

He thought he hid it well. How on earth did Yeorok read everything in his head? When he opened his mouth to say something, Yeorok kissed him.

A warm tongue pushed in through his parted lips. Their wet flesh entangled, and their lips stuck and separated repeatedly.

The man who always acted cold offered his tongue with utmost tenderness. His dry lips started to feel moist. Yeorok wrapped Eunho’s tongue with care and sucked it until Eunho’s stiff body relaxed. A nasal moan escaped him at the sensation of their tongues gently rubbing against each other.

Eunho unconsciously hugged Yeorok’s head. Despite the slurping sound, no lewd thoughts entered his mind. It was a loving kiss, enough to make even negative thoughts fly away.

He was revealing his true feelings to him. As their skins rubbed against each other, Eunho could feel the ruthless man’s true feelings.

After a long time of tongue-mixing, they slowly nibbled on each other’s lips. Languid breaths poured out from their touching noses. It felt so good, he thought he’d just fall asleep.

Suddenly, Yeorok pulled his lips away. He gently rubbed Eunho’s moist lips with his thumb.

    “Eunho-ya, trust me now.”

Eunho, who had kept his eyes closed the entire time, slowly opened them at those words. Choi Yeorok, right in front of him, was wearing an expression he’d never seen before. His dark eyes were filled with his own face.

Eunho reached out and traced his delicate features. Smooth cheeks, moist lips, even the slightly shadowed brows. Only when he touched someone he dared not touch, did he finally feel it was real.

Choi Yeorok had given him so much. A good home, expensive clothes, a credit card with no limit. But Eunho dared to say that none of it was as precious as Choi Yeorok himself.

    “I’ll trust you.”

Eunho decided not to doubt his heart any longer. He opened his arms wide and hugged him tightly.
