RACA 92
by Leviathan“Thank you.”
After ending the call, Eunsol handed the phone back to its owner.
“I’m glad you got through. Then I’ll get going now.”
The woman smiled as she took the phone, but when she tried to leave, Eunsol quickly called out to her.
“Wait a second!”
“Yes?”
When the woman asked with a confused expression, Eunsol told her to wait for a moment and opened the trunk.
There were two large suitcases and one smaller one arranged in a row. Jaebeom had organized them thoroughly, saying he wouldn’t let his spouse carry any luggage.
When he opened the smallest suitcase, various snacks came into view. Jaebeom had packed them for Eunsol, thinking he might need something to eat while traveling.
“Here.”
Eunsol took out a few snacks that looked the most delicious and handed them to the woman who had helped him.
He had barely escaped and was on his way to the hotel. Since the place was unfamiliar and sparsely populated, it was hard for him to tell if he was going the right way. Just then, he saw a passerby walking leisurely. Then, he immediately stopped the car, and asked to borrow her phone.
He had worried she might mistake him for a strange person, but she agreed so readily that he was able to contact Jaebeom immediately.
So he didn’t want to let her go empty-handed.
“Thank you for lending me your phone. It’s nothing special, but please take this.”
“Oh my! Thank you. I’ll enjoy it.”
Fortunately, the woman didn’t refuse Eunsol’s gesture and accepted the gift.
“Then I hope you meet your husband safely and enjoy your trip.”
“Ah, yes, yes. Uh, um, can you tell?”
Eunsol unconsciously placed his hand on his belly and rubbed it as he asked with an embarrassed expression. When the woman said ‘husband,’ he wondered if she had noticed that he was the pregnant one.
“If someone worries so loudly as soon as the call connects, it can only be family or a lover. So I thought you were here on your honeymoon.”
“Ah…”
“I don’t know how you two got separated, but it’s good that you know his number.”
“Yes, that’s right. As soon as I saw the number, I memorized it right away.”
When Jaebeom gave Eunsol the phone, the only saved contact was his number. As soon as he saw it, he memorized the eleven digits.
Eunsol’s strength was his good memory. He was also fairly good at using what he remembered, so even as a minor actor, that skill often helped him.
“Oh my, you must really love your husband. These days, there are so many people who don’t even know each other’s numbers. Actually, I don’t know my husband’s number either.”
The woman joked with a bright smile.
“Ah, r-really?”
Feeling shy, Eunsol rubbed his cheek. The woman hugged the snacks she had received and smiled again.
“I’ll enjoy these.”
Then she continued in a cautious voice.
“But when did your husband say he’ll arrive? Should I wait with you until he comes?”
“Oh! No, it’s alright.”
He had already received plenty of help, and he would feel too sorry if the woman stayed. When Eunsol waved his hands and declined, the woman nodded.
“Alright. Then I’ll go now.”
Eunsol bowed his head toward the woman walking away, then looked around. He actually had something he could rely on.
“Because he must’ve been tracking with GPS.”
Jaebeom had told him that when they left the wedding venue. He said he’d installed a tracker on the luggage.
When Eunsol looked at him in disbelief, he confidently said it was for emergencies. Considering he had once been involved in a dark world, that was natural.
It was fortunate that it turned out useful. He only regretted that he had no spare phone to contact him directly.
After sitting in the car under the strong air conditioning, he wanted to feel real wind, so he slowly lowered the window.
“The weather’s nice.”
If things had gone as planned, he would’ve been resting at the hotel by now, looking at the sea or walking along the shore hand in hand with Jaebeom. But now, he was waiting for him in a remote place like a drifting ship.
People say you can’t predict your life even a step ahead, but could he ever have imagined this situation?
“Yeah. What on earth is this?”
As he spoke to himself, he thought maybe this was all arranged by his grandma, who had worried about him.
‘Grandma, as you can see, I’m doing fine. So you don’t have to worry anymore.’
Eunsol smiled brightly so that his grandma, watching from the sky, could feel at ease.
“Ah…”
When he turned his head down, he saw a man running toward him through the car window and gasped. It was Jaebeom, the one he had been waiting for.
He impatiently looked around and repeatedly checked his phone.
“Jaebeom-ssi!”
Eunsol felt so urgent that he didn’t even think of getting out of the car, and he leaned his upper body far out through the window and waved his arms. Jaebeom happened to turn his gaze that way and when he saw that sight, he frowned.
He ran to the car in an instant and opened his mouth to say something.
“Wow! It’s Jaebeom-ssi. It’s really Jaebeom-ssi!”
But when he saw Eunsol’s face, full of joy at finally meeting him, he couldn’t bring himself to scold him.
There were many things he wanted to say. Why on earth was he recklessly sticking his upper body out of the window? If he was going to do that, he should’ve at least held himself steady, why did he have to wave his hands so dangerously? He clearly seemed to be with someone earlier, so why was he alone now?
“Did you wait long?”
“No.”
Eunsol answered and smiled brightly.
“I was just thinking about when you’d arrive.”
“Ha…”
Jaebeom sighed and forgot all the words he wanted to say. Since he couldn’t bring himself to speak harshly to Eunsol, that was better for both of them.
Even so, he examined Eunsol from head to toes to see if he was hurt anywhere. Fortunately, there was no visible injury.
“You don’t have to look like that. I’m perfectly fine, not a single scratch.”
“Alright.”
Eunsol smiled again at him, who was frowned, and then opened the driver’s door and stepped outside.
He jumped into his arms without hesitation. Jaebeom firmly hugged the slender body that had leapt into his embrace.
“Ha…”
He sighed in relief. Holding him made him finally feel that he had really regained someone precious.
Eunsol closed his eyes and burrowed deeper into his arms. At the same time, Jaebeom gently released his pheromones. It was to soothe his spouse, who must have been nervous.
Following that, Eunsol also carefully released his own scent. As the tension eased and he caught Eunsol’s scent, Jaebeom felt a subtle ticklish sensation.
He thought, he should lift Eunsol into his arms and carry him into the car and then kiss him.
He made up his mind to do so and was about to lift him.
“Wow, even the twins say they feel relieved now.”
“Huh?”
So that’s why he was using pheromones, Jaebeom thought. It was because of the babies. The thought made him feel deflated and amused, so he laughed, and Eunsol immediately frowned.
“Why are you laughing? I’m serious, you know? They were so anxious earlier.”
Eunsol pouted as he said that, and Jaebeom pecked his lips. With the sound of gentle kisses following one after another, the corners of Eunsol’s lips softened too.
The two changed the angle of their faces again and again and explored each other’s warmth and touch. Even while doing that, Jaebeom smoothly opened the car door and seated Eunsol in the passenger seat.
Even after turning their heads several times, they didn’t pull apart. When Eunsol was almost lying completely into the seat, Jaebeom adjusted the lever and reclined the backrest.
“Ha, ha, Jaebeom-ssi, stop.”
Eunsol was the one who surrendered first. His lips glistened with moisture, and his stimulated skin was already flushed.
The sight of Eunsol, overflowing with allure, made it hard for Jaebeom to hold back. It was probably because of his relief at finding him again and his desire to confirm that he was safe.
“Mph!”
Jaebeom once more kissed Eunsol’s lips. This time the touch was gentle, unlike before.
For now, that would be enough.
“Alright. Let’s go to the hotel first.”
Eunsol watched him reluctantly step back with, and finally reached out his hand. When Jaebeom stopped and turned around, Eunsol pulled him close, and he lowered his head willingly.
“Thank you for coming to find me.”
He hadn’t managed to say it earlier, but he had to say it before it was too late. Maybe because he felt his sincerity, Jaebeom’s face brightened more than before.
“Yeah, thank you for coming back safely.”
